Drew Blythe Barrymore (born February 22nd 1975) is an American actress. Numerous awards have been presented to her including the Screen Actors Guild Award and an Golden Globe, five Emmy Award nominations, as well as a BAFTA nomination. She is a part of the Barrymore family of actors as well as the granddaughter of John Barrymore. Barrymore became famous as a child actress through her part in E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. After a troubled childhood full of alcohol and drug abuse, she released Little Girl Lost, an autobiography. Later, she was in a string of successful films throughout the 1990s, which included Poison Ivy Boys on the Side, Mad Love, Batman Forever, Scream and Ever After.
